Information We Collect on Our Own Behalf.(a) Our Service: We may collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, username, and email address when you register for an account. If you choose to purchase a product from us, our third-party payment processor will collect your payment information, which would then be subject to their company’s privacy policy. We may send you service related emails related to your account.       (b) We may collect information information such as street address and phone number for customers who order physical products from us.  This information enables us to ship orders to customers and/or contact then in the event of a problem with their shipment.  We retain this information on our servers for as long as it takes to service our customers.  If a customer has gone one year without purchasing a physical product from us, their street address and phone number will be purged in one of our regular site data audits.

For current Curriculum Crossroads customers, you can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you that Curriculum Crossroads keeps on file by logging into your account to update your password and billing information. Alternately, you can contact our Customer Support team. We will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and handle it promptly.  Data protection law gives you a range of rights in connection with our processing of your personal data. In this regard, you have the right to request that we rectify or delete the personal data or restrict the processing of your personal data, if you think they are inaccurate.
