You can download any of your previous orders from your “My Account”. Just log in and click on the My Account tab in the navigation bar on our site, then click on “Downloads” to get to your library.
You can usually download your prior purchases from your “My Account” page. Just log in and go to your Account and then click on the “Downloads” link to visit your library. Click on the button to download the title again.
If your download is interrupted in the middle (for example, if your internet connection is interrupted), you may restart the download. Just click on the download link again (from your order confirmation email, from your account history in the My Account part of the website, or from the Checkout Complete page if you are still on that page). If you have trouble restarting the download, please let us know the product title and your order number and we can investigate further.
What happens if my PDF won’t download?
