Welcome to Life in the Amazon Live Class! In this live class, we’ll explore what life is like in the Amazon.  This is a unique region of the world that is teeming with life. There are plants, animals, and even fungi and bacteria that call the Amazon home.   Students are welcome to share information with the class by submitting short reports.

This class begins on July 3, 2018 and runs weekly on Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30 pm Central Time through July 12, 2018.

  • Weather – What is the climate in the Amazon?
  • Life
    • Fish and other water life
    • Mammals
    • Birds
    • Invertebrates
    • Bacteria
    • Fungi
    • Other microscopic organisms
  • Exploration of the Amazon and the native people of the rainforest

This class will be taught from a biblical, creationist point of view.
